Rocwell Files Permits for Wellness Campus Anchoring Cass United, Tampa's Emerging Wellness & Lifestyle District
TAMPA, FL — 6/22/26 — Rocwell has filed permits for the Wellness Campus at Cass United, Tampa's emerging wellness and lifestyle district along West Cass Street in North Hyde Park. The three-building adaptive reuse project is designed to anchor the district's most prominent corner at Rome and Cass.
The campus is now available for a flagship anchor tenant or full-campus occupancy within a curated wellness district environment. Alongside the permit filings, Rocwell has developed a turnkey wellness club concept, visible in the exterior renderings released today, to give prospective operators a clear vision for the site.
The campus is programmed around a multi-modal bathhouse with communal and performative sauna, saline pool (float therapy), cold plunge, and hot tub; daily movement programming spanning yoga, breathwork, pilates, and personal training; recovery and longevity services including compression therapy, stretch, IV therapy, massage, and acupuncture; a co-working lounge; and a community market and cafe, all designed to plug into the broader walkable district.

"We've programmed the campus and district as a whole to deliver that, and we're in conversations with operators across the district ready to bring it to life. Rocwell has engaged Dr. Kyle Paxton, a local healthcare and wellness entrepreneur, to help bring the district's vision to life and lead outreach for the campus.
